“M+ means more than a museum. As part of the West Kowloon culture district in Hong Kong, a building measuring approximately 65,000 square metres where around 300 people will work will be completed in 2019. It will collect visual art, design, architecture and moving images.
However, the stories of M+ can already be explored by visiting their web site, created by Zak Group from London in collaboration with the museum’s team of curators. An institutional work – and not a digital version of the institution, the web site provides an ongoing curatorial platform that reinterprets its own function thinking about the notion of the museum today.”
